“Foam Day” Print

$40.00

The first painting I ever sold, this piece holds a very, very special place in my heart. It was made after an early morning spent at the beach. I spent many mornings back then watching the sun rise over the water. Usually I swam, or surfed, and then wrapped myself up in a warm towel and sat on the sand (still cool to the touch) watching the blinding light reflect off each broken and the long stretches of foam that creeped along the shore. It was painted quickly, which I believe helps it to successfully capture the very fleeting, private time that a sunrise epitomizes.

This print is on 8.5x11” textured Fine Art Paper, with border included.
